The next step in this process is to prepare and submit an RCFE license application to DSS, including parts A and B, along with the applicable fee. The general requirements call for a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 21 years of age. Not everyone is qualified to be an administrator of your facility. This test must be taken within 60 days of you completing the 80-hour course, after which you must submit the required paperwork and fee within 30 days of passing the test.
